Miss Sixty has always placed great importance on and cared deeply about the feedback from our esteemed customers regarding their exchange and return experiences. In order to further enhance your shopping experience, starting from March 1, 2024, we have launched a free exchange policy for full-priced products.

 

Applicable Dates: Orders placed on or after March 1, 2024, can be eligible for free exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. (Order dates are based on the internal systems of Miss Sixty)

Applicable Products: For full-priced products (excluding discounted products already on the product page), customers can request a free exchange for size or colour changes.

Service Process:

1. Customers can submit an exchange request within 30 days after the order is shipped (limited to one exchange per order).

2. After the exchange request is reviewed and approved by our Customer Service Centre, exchange instructions will be provided. If the request is not approved by our Customer Service Centre, Miss Sixty will not be responsible for any costs incurred for returning the order.

3. Customers send the products that need to be exchanged and provide the return fee receipt to the Customer Service Centre.

4. After the warehouse receives the returned package, the Customer Service Centre will arrange to resend the customer's designated (size/colour) product and reimburse the return fee (up to 20 euros).

5. Upon receiving the new product, if customers are still not satisfied or if it doesn't fit, they can continue to request a return. The return fee for the second time will be borne by the customer. Click here to view the return procedure.

Explanation of Reimbursement and Other Fees:

1. The maximum reimbursement amount is 20 euros. Any amount exceeding 20 euros will be borne by the customer.

2. Reimbursement fees will be refunded first from the original order amount; if the original order amount is not available, Miss Sixty will refund the return fee to the customer via PayPal.

3. Any additional fees such as transaction fees or bank withdrawal fees are also borne by the customer.

4. For any order that does not meet the free shipping standard, customers need to pay an additional shipping fee of 20 euros. Once the exchange request is accepted and processed, the original shipping fee of 20 euros will not be refunded.

1. For all returns of discounted products: Customers are still responsible for the return fee, and the return procedure remains the same. Click here to view the return policy.

2. For all returns of orders without exchange requirements: Customers are still responsible for the return fee, and the return procedure remains the same. Click here to view the return policy.

3. For full-priced products (allowed to use new customer discounts/VIP discounts at checkout) with exchange requirements: Customers need to pay the return fee upfront; after the warehouse receives the returned products, Miss Sixty will reimburse the return fee to the customer.

4. For the same order that includes both full-priced products requiring exchange and discounted products requiring return: Customers can return them in the same package, and the return fee will be paid by the customer upfront. After the warehouse receives the returned products, Miss Sixty will reimburse the return fee to the customer (up to 20 euros).

5. For all defective/faulty/other quality issue products: Please provide relevant pictures/videos/problem descriptions to the Customer Service Centre. After verification by the Customer Service Centre, suitable solutions will be provided to you.
